REACTION PAPER

From the video I’ve watched, I am so amazed on how the machineries worked and
produce products at an easiest way and less time consuming. I don’t think of how innovators
come up to have things like this to process our needs for consumption.

On the first video, it tells us that in every innovation, there is a rejection and there is a
failure. Innovations came from the innovator’s creative idea that they think it is needed to
produce for the society, but for some, their ideas are not so familiar that leads to less patrons and
soon be disappear. For the second video, it is nice to know that in our technological world today,
it is easier to do the production in a company by the help of the big machineries that only need a
less manpower. It is great to know that there are increasing numbers of companies making use of
it, not all afford it but in the future, and I know there will be more to introduce to our society.
Here in the Philippines, baking of cakes is not that easy to make and it’s time consuming for a
baker, I think, we need to have that innovated equipment but it is a disadvantage for the laborer
because the companies will not hire more individuals to work manually after having this
machines. Lastly, for the last video, it is so amazing to watch how raw materials transform into a
finish product at a small amount of time. Delicious candies, chocolates and other desserts are
easiest to make in other developed countries because of the innovations they made.

In our country, I know we have here entrepreneurs that innovates products, not as big as
other countries have but with the arising of the technology here, it is not impossible to do.
Innovation calls us to create ideas and thoughts that will help us and help the country for
economic growth. Innovating impossible things through an imaginative thinking makes our
world amazing and great.
