Subject: GRADE 7 ID PICTURE TAKING

1. This is to inform all Grade 7 teachers and students that the schedule of Picture taking for
the ID will start on July 16, 2019 (Tuesday).

2. The Picture taking of students will begin with grade 7 for the initial implementation of
the Students Attendance Monitoring System (SAMS).

3. Teachers who are affected with the schedule below should accompany their students to
facilitate the said activity.
