In the above connection I have much time rectify demand under section 154 online . But, till today our demand not rectify and hence I have made application under

section 154 to my Ld.A.O. and submit di rect income tax department at Surat. But , as instead of Ld.A.O. that I have not received right from CPC and hence I am n ot

able to rectify said demand. So, I he reby request your goodness that kindly, transfer right to assessing officer or r ectify my demand as early as possible.
