I have a proven track record as a leader with multiple therapy areas in pharma industry. I am
currently managing a pan India role. Prior to this assignment I have managed multiple
geographies of West Zone and South Zone with varied therapy areas of super Speciality to
Nutrition and Oral health care. A result driven person with an experience in managing a culturally
diverse team. My key strength is adaptability, servant leadership, analytical skills and cross channel
management with setting up GTM for team. I have believed in building teams, in my current role

Working as National Sales Manager for the Women’s Health BU of Mylan. In this role I
am responsible for the IVF specialty business for the Fertiseed Division of Women’s
Health BU, having a team of four Zonal Sales Managers and a team strength of 31 Therapy
Specialists and 4 Zonal Sales managers who meet Key accounts for the company. I am
responsible for the value sales achievement for the division and strategic execution of
account wise plans and coaching and development of team and the interface of marketing
feedback for the better customized account plans.

Worked as regional Expert sales manager responsible a team of 58 expert sales executives
and 22 nutritional advisers managed by 7 zonal Expert sales Managers. I am responsible
direct sales of OTC, Nutrition and Dental channel for the doctor promoted portfolio of
GSK. Responsible for demand generation through doctor’s prescriptions by implementing
marketing strategies thereby value achievement. I manage multiple channels for ensuring
the sales through multiple teams and distribution networks. Monitor improvement in IMS
shares and Nielsen off take data. Apart from driving doctor prescriptions I drive the
chemist recommendations by detailing the OTC and Nutrition brands.
