Little Red Riding Hood (Page 3&4) Tuesday RC

(Vision)

Objective: SWBAT determine multiple endings to a text by drawing on specific details from the text by making self
to text connection and Visualization.

Purpose: Multiple endings to a story will create a sense of certain uncertainty in life. It will help kids to create a
coping mechanism in the longer run.

How did Little red riding hood’s fate change?

To be able understand that there are various directions in which a plot of a story can be shaped by making
connections to how LRRH would be feeling and had they been in her place what they would do.

In order to determine multiple endings to a text by drawing on specific details from the text good readers will note
what is happening with LRRH and make connections to how they would feel had they been in place of LRRH and
determine multiple places where this story could have ended.

ii. Today we are going to read about what happened to LRRH after she set out for her Grand mother’s
place.
