Greetings!

I was informed that the Philippine Association of DRRM Officer (PDRRMO) Rizal Chapter will be conducting
the MOUNTAIN SEARCH AND RESCUE (MOSAR) training that will be scheduled at October 14-18, 2019 at
Tanay Adventure Camp, Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal.

I am interested and want to join in this training program since I am currently at MDRRMO Quick Response
Staff, it would be a great opportunity to undergo to this training program to enhance my knowledge and
skills in performing search and rescue in mountainous areas. This training will be beneficial considering
that our town’s geographical location and mountain in nature and some of it are tourist destination.
Ecotourism is one of the activities and mountain emergency is an eminent danger.

The registration fee for the training is six thousand pesos (P6,000) and since a Job Order personnel is not
entitled to attend the training with registration, may I request from your good office to please provide me
a financial assistance so that I can join in this training program.
