BUTLER SERVICE

B: Good morning sir/mam I’m Mr. Viar and I’m your butler for today.
:May I help you with your luggage sir/mam?
G: Yes please!
B:Sir/mam could you check if all your luggage are complete before we proceed to your room?
G: Its ok, it’s complete.
(Received key and rooming instruction from the desk clerk then lead the guest to his room)
B:This way to your room sir/mam.
(While walking with guest, introduce other services provided by hotel)
B: Before we arrive to your room sir/mam can you allow me to explain our hotel facilities?
G:Ok .
B: Ok sir/mam, Breakfast will be available at the restaurant. Located at the lobby level from
6:00 am to 10:00 am, we also have a café and business center at lobby level. Our meeting
rooms are located at the second floor, and the swimming pool, spa & fitness center are on the
5th floor. Let us know if you need to make reservation for our hotel facilities.
G: ok thankyou!
(While on elevator)
B:Sir/mam for your convenience, the hotel has provisions for room service from 8:00 am to
5:00 pm. The room service menu is on top of the night table. You may also dine at some of our
outlet, like golden chain restaurant operating from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm serving breakfast, lunch
and dinner. You may also avail of together with laundry rates. Should you wish to go for
entertainment, our hotels has an entertainment called golden chain club operating from 5:00
pm to 2:00 am.
(Once the elevator stopped in the destination floor, direct the guest to his/her room)
(Butler shall open the room using the key, explain how to use key card and switch on the light,
then let the guest in)
B: Sir here’s your key card, would you like me to explain to you how to use it?
G: Yes.
B: Please tap here and the door was open. When the key card put here and the electricity was
automatically on and when you removed it the electricity was off.
(Butler shall show him the room and bring in the baggage and place in the luggage rack, offer to
unpack luggage)
B: Where would you like to me to put your luggage?
G: Just put in the luggage rack
B: Ma’am/Sir mat I unpack your clothes?
G: No! I can
B: Ma’am/Sir would you like me to explain to you the room facilities.
G: Yes please!
(Explain the use of facilities in the room)
B: Ma’am this our cabinet, you can place your clothes here, and this is the bed, you can feel
comfortable and very soft, and here ma’am the sofa, you can relax while watching television,
this is the air condition with remote control, to control the coldness, this is your bathroom for
the water, top red button for hot, and blue for cold water. As you can see here the telephone,
to make an outgoing call, press 0 for operation assistance, 1 for housekeeping, 2 for laundry
and 3 for room service. And this is the TV and have a remote control for your television channel
list. and this is your mini bar with chocolate and drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic, if your want
to consume them just fill up the form on the top the mini bar and it will be charge to you
