A. Brief Description and/ or Rationale of the Outreach Activity/Service

Water plays important role in our daily living. All of us cannot survive without water. We
use water for our dialing living just for example of using it in cooking, washing our dishes,
cleaning our houses and many more. We do have many sources of water but specifically water
that is safe to use in cooking. In the past our source of water is coming from ground level by
using water pitcher pump. It is an old tradition of having water that can be used in cooking and
others uses. Nowadays, we are not depending on it because in one turn of faucets we can have
water coming from water districts or a water delivery. On the other hand, these are applicable
only to those people who can have an easy access on it, especially people who are in an
industrialized place or city. Those people who are far flung areas or shall we say far from the
access of road. Though they have now pipes that coming from water districts but in times of
electricity shortage they don’t have an option of where they get water sources. There are water
deliveries but it has an often delivering services because of the incremented road.
