We are the PHILIPPINE CHEER UNION (“PCU”) a non-stock, non-profit organization registered with the Securities and
Exchange Commission. PCU is envisioned to promote cheerleading and dance in the Philippines.

The Philippine Cheer Union in cooperation with the Philippine Sports Commission is proud to stage The Philippine
National Cheer Grand Prix 2019 to be held on November 23 & 24, 2019 at the fully air conditioned San Andres Sports
Complex in Manila City. This competition aims to be compliant with the rules and regulation of Philippine Olympic
Committee, the Olympic body here in our country. Our goal is to standardize cheer in our country thru the ideals and
purpose of the only sanctioned organization of IOC which is the ICU. We will be strongly implementing ICU Rules and
Regulations.

With this upcoming event, we would like to formally invite you first to be part of this new endeavor. Your contribution
will be a big part of the success of cheer sports. We know you have worked vigilantly in doing what we have loved and
that is cheer. We would like to invite your team to join the Philippine National Cheer Grand Prix 2019. The competition
has different categories available for elementary, high school, collegiate and open divisions.

We are looking forward for your team's participation in this year’s biggest cheer competition in the country.
