ACCEPTANCE SPEECH

My bow and respect to our VP & Coo, Mr. Arne Jude S. Millares, to our Regional
Manager, Mr. Claro M. Recto, and to my coworkers, ladies and gentlemen, a pleasant
morning to one and all.

I gratefully and humbly accept the company’s top executives’ decision of

appointing me as Area Manager in this great financial institution.

First, I would like to offer my sincerest gratitude to the dozens of people without
whom this experience wouldn't have been possible. Though it has been my hope to
widen my knowledge and horizon personally and professionally, but this news has
been a big surprise for me, and to be honest I did not expect such promotion so soon.
Still I cannot deny the fact that I am very happy and blessed because I feel that my
effort and hard work in this endeavor for several years has been good and rendered
positive results.

I thank God for my boss, ________________________, who from the start treated
me as a son and a good friend since I set foot in the organization.

The post of Area Manager is a great responsibility, but this is also a great
opportunity to showcase all that I have learned. Consequently, I will give my very best
to work heartily for the institution and for all of us.

Once again, I would like to reiterate my deepest gratitude to all the people
who in one way or another contributed to my attainment and acceptance of my
promotion. I want to thank Mr.___________________, who did not hesitate in appointing
me to manage a certain area. I also want to thank Mr.___________________________,
___________ , who made everything possible, to my coworkers, friends and most of all
my wife and family, for sharing this great joy and opportunity in my career with me. I’ll
do my best to work effectively and efficiently towards realization of company goals in
my new position with the guidance of the Lord.

In closing, I encourage everyone to work hand in hand to continue to be of

service as, “Tulay ng PaMLyang Pilipino”. Let’s offer our very best to serve our
customers as well as glorifying the name of the Lord.
