II. PURPOSE

 To be able to know how to make a metal craft which is the metal


embossing
 To be able to know the techniques and skills on how to make it.
 To become more knowledgeable in making metal craft.
 To be able to make design for your room decoration.

V. TOOLS NEEDED

VI. PROCEDURE:

1. Cut the pork into about 3 to 4 inches.


2. Wash the pork first.
3. Put a little salt and cook until tender but not falling apart. Drain
well.
4. Arrange the meat in a single layer on a rack and dehydrate until
shrunken and brittle. Laid out the cooked skins under the hot sun
to draw out excess moisture.
5. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden and crispy and begins to float. For
the best texture, do not overcrowd the pan and fry in batches as
needed to maintain proper oil temperature.
6. Remove from pan and drain on a wire rack.
