AUTHORISATION FOR E-SIGNING THROUGH UIDAI

I hereby provide my consent to avail the services of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for the purpose of
Aadhaar e-KYC based digital signature(s) on the loan application form, terms & conditions for various value added services
as mentioned in loan application, e-mandate, Form 60 (if PAN not provided) and other declaration and consents as
mentioned in this document executed by me for obtaining loan and other value added services from/ through Home Credit
India Finance Private Limited.

USE OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION

HOME CREDIT INDIA FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED (“HCIN”) shall require your true and complete personal, demographic, family related,
business, credit and financial information/ data excluding Personal Identity Information mentioned above (hereinafter “CUSTOMER
INFORMATION”). Such Customer Information may be shared with, and/ or obtained from, group companies of HCIN, e-sign application
providers, verification agencies, other service providers/ vendors engaged by HCIN as well as the credit information companies, the
telecom service providers & financial institutions that is currently providing you interalia credit score, telecom, banking or other ancillary
services and/ or possessing your Customer Information (hereinafter referred as “HCIN & SERVICE PROVIDER(s)”). HCIN has adopted
and implemented Privacy Policy for dealing with Customer Information and the same is available on the website of HCIN i.e.
www.homecredit.co.in. The Privacy Policy also describes the scenarios under which Customer Information may be shared with third
parties. The Customer Information shall be used/ shared by HCIN & Service Provider(s) for following purposes: (1) Collection, storage,
preservation, analysis, publishing and dissemination, at any time, of all your Customer Information, as the case may be; (2) Verification or
authentication of Customer Information, making related enquiries on the basis of the Customer Information for the purpose of assessing
your eligibility for loan and/or value added services opted/ availed by you from/ through HCIN; (3) for complying with the laws applicable
from time to time.

SERVICES OF PAYTM
I would like to avail services of PayTM Payments Bank Limited and its group companies (collectively ‘PayTM’) to receive reminders either
through PayTM platform or via any other mode for monthly payments and other dues in respect of the loan availed from HCIN, and for this
purpose, I hereby grant my express consent to HCIN to share my loan related information with PayTM.

MODE OF GIVING AFORESAID CONSENTS

The consents, as requested aforesaid, may be given by you in electronic manner either by sharing the OTP communicated on your mobile
number mentioned above with HCIN representative or by signing via e-pen on the electronic copy on the device of HCIN representative, if
not executed in physical manner.
By giving the consents, as requested above, you confirm that you are competent to contract under Indian Contract Act, 1872 and that by
receiving Customer Information, HCIN & Service Provider(s) does not violate privacy or rights of any third persons. You further confirm that
you shall have no concern or any claims of any nature whatsoever on HCIN & Service Provider(s) for carrying out any of the aforesaid acts
and functions and this waiver and permission are granted for all statutes, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to the privacy law
provisions under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and any other privacy rules that are mandated by the government authorities in
India. You also completely exonerate HCIN & Service Provider(s) (including the Telecom Service Provider) from any claims dues to any
action of breach of privacy obligations brought in this regard. Further, the consent given by you, through any of the modes mentioned
above, shall be deemed to be valid and form electronic record as per Information Technology Act, 2000.
