Dear Philberth Foundation Scholarship Grant,

Greetings of peace and good health!

I am writing this to express my sincere gratitude for your financial support to me through the Philberth
educational grant.

I am currently enrolled at Visayas State University as a first year college student taking up Bachelor of
Science in Nursing now on our second semester.

The financial support that you provided became a great help in paying my educational expenses during
the first semester of school year 2018-2019. Though college was a great adjustment for me, I have
become more motivated to adjust and study harder because of the people who supports me in my
education.

In line with this, I am asking for financial assistance for the second semester in this school year 2018-
2019. Enclosed herewith is my first semester grades, liquidation report and the list of subjects that I am
currently enrolled for the second semester. Thank you so much for your generosity and support
