 PREFACE

The basis of the creation of this compilation is to be one of the guidelines of

the future readers. As the country goes through the construction “boom”, many
people will walk along the pathways we already taken. This compilation contains
the result of our quizzes and different activities of different topics regarding
Dynamics of Rigid Bodies such as angular motion, projectile motion, motion of
rigid bodies along x and y, etc . Its goal is to help the future students fully
understand motions of rigid bodies, to analyze objects and its motion and to learn
about the different equations that may use in solving different engineering
problems.

In truth, I could not have achieved this without solid learning about the
course and a very good teacher/professor. This workpiece is made of hard work,
self-willingness, good time management and perseverance which plays a big role
in finishing this book.

Being a student, taking Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is not that

easy, students need a lot of advice and motivation to continue reaching their
dreams and goals in life. Therefore, it’s a pleasure for us to finish each course we
took every semester.

I would like to dedicate this work to all the people surrounds me and believe
in me, because of them I learned to believe and trust in what I can do or to do my
best to finish this course. To my schoolmates, friends who have been there through
my breakdowns and stressful moments, to my classmates whom made this
semester happy and solid. To my parents, who continue supporting me and guiding
me to become a future Civil Engineer. And lastly, to my very humble professor,
whom I consider as one of my inspiration to finish this course, because I was able
to learn with his teaching techniques.

I would like to express my deepest appreciation to all those who

provided me the possibility to complete this work. A special gratitude I give to my
dearest professor, Engr. Crispulo G. Maranan , whose contributions of learning
he gave to me was a critical part of this book.

Furthermore, I would also like to acknowledge with much

appreciation, my classmates who became one of my inspirations to continue
fighting even if there’s a rough road ahead. A special thanks to all my friends that
