VISION

Award winning hatchery for producing the most quantity and best
quality of chicks in Leyte and then the Philippines.

MISSION

To provide the best service by giving the integrators an assurance that

we could provide a high quality chicks.

OBJECTIVES

James and Jason Hatchery are dedicated in providing the best service
the integrator needs. James and Jason Hatchery never fail give such service and
attain their goals because of these objectives that has been religiously followed
by its people:

a. To produce a quality of chicks that will enabled the integrator

in producing high quality poultry product.

b. To meet the quantity demanded by the integrator

c. To choose the people that have the same work value to have a
strong and sound work environment
