The profile of the prospective candidate, must have The referred candidate must be known well to the

The candidate referred will go through same selection process as the candidates
received from other sources.
HR will screen the profiles as per the company defined job specification.
The shortlisted profiles will be forwarded by HR to the appropriate line managers
for further processing.
Communication Feedback About The Referrals
The referring employee will be given a feedback by HR within 30 days of the receipt
of the profile.
The feedback for the respective profile will be given in either of the three categories

Regret
In Process
Profiles that already exists in company data base cannot be considered under the
Parichay program.
No follow-up queries from the referring employee regarding the referred candidate
will be replied to within the 30 days from the day of receipt of the profile.
1. The candidate referred will be matched against the company’s database, and if the said profile has
already been received from a different source, no reward will be applicable to the referring
employee.
2. If more than one employee has referred a candidate, the candidate will be considered from the first
employee only irrespective of the location for which the candidate is selected.
3. The referred profile will be LIVE in the database for a period of 3 months.
4. If an expired referred profile is re-forwarded by another employee, the new referring employee will
be considered for reward.
5. No ex-employees, Fresh Graduates/MBA’s can be referred through this scheme.
6. Regional/Dept. Heads & TL’s cannot refer prospective candidates for their own team.
7. This scheme is not applicable for HR and Senior Management.
