Communication of Vacancies How To Refer

 List of locations and no. of Referring employee can send the
positions vacant per location CV of the candidate to the email
for the roles mentioned above id, Parichay@purnartha.com
will be displayed on HRIS along with the following details
 The JD of each designations about self
mentioned above will also be • Employee Code
displayed on the HRIS under • Name

Don’t Miss!

The profile of the prospective candidate, must have
the following details:
1. Permanent and Current address
2. Designation Referred
3. Current contact no. (Mobile and Residence)
4. Date of Birth
5. Candidates 1st Preferred City
The referred candidate must be known well to the
referring employee through either personal, social
or professional contact.
The referring employee must explain the job profile
of the position to the candidate as given on HRIS.
HR would send an acknowledgement mail to
referring employee for his record.

Selection Process Of The Referred Candidates:

 The candidate referred will go through same selection process as the candidates
received from other sources.
 HR will screen the profiles as per the company defined job specification.
 The shortlisted profiles will be forwarded by HR to the appropriate line managers
for further processing.
 Communication Feedback About The Referrals

 The referring employee will be given a feedback by HR within 30 days of the receipt
of the profile.
 The feedback for the respective profile will be given in either of the three categories
 Selected
 Regret
 In Process
 Profiles that already exists in company data base cannot be considered under the
Parichay program.
 No follow-up queries from the referring employee regarding the referred candidate
will be replied to within the 30 days from the day of receipt of the profile.

Rules and Norms of the Program

1. The candidate referred will be matched against the company’s database, and if the said profile has
already been received from a different source, no reward will be applicable to the referring
employee.
2. If more than one employee has referred a candidate, the candidate will be considered from the first
employee only irrespective of the location for which the candidate is selected.
3. The referred profile will be LIVE in the database for a period of 3 months.
4. If an expired referred profile is re-forwarded by another employee, the new referring employee will
be considered for reward.
5. No ex-employees, Fresh Graduates/MBA’s can be referred through this scheme.
6. Regional/Dept. Heads & TL’s cannot refer prospective candidates for their own team.
7. This scheme is not applicable for HR and Senior Management.
Referral Rewards

 Referral fees will be paid to the referring employee for only

 Reward amount is subject to tax deduction and will be credited
along with salary.
 50% Referral amount will be paid once the referred employee
has been selected and joined the company and remaining
referral amount will be paid on confirmation of the referred
employee.
 No reward will be credited to the referring employee, if either of
referring employee or the referred employee is in notice period
during the time when reward will be due.
 Credit of referral reward will be done in the subsequent months’
pay cycle.
