GRANTON CHRISTMAS PARTY 2019

Office Meet-up: 5:30am – 6:00am
Program Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm
Venue: Villa Carlos Private Resort, Saluysoy, Meycauayan, Bulacan

GUIDELINES:

A. VEHICLE ASSIGNMENTS

1. Registered employees and guest have their individual vehicle assignment.

2. Please refer to the vehicle assignment attached.
3. Accompanied Senior Citizens must be given priority to seat in the 1st and 2nd row of the van
for their convenience.
4. For proper monitoring, no changing of vehicle assignment.
5. Service Vehicle will leave at exactly 6:00am.

B. FOOD

1. Employees and guest are advised to eat breakfast at home. Food will be serve during
lunchtime. You can also bring food and snacks as you prefer.
2. Volunteers are needed in preparation of food (grilling) and in dishwashing. Please initiate to
assist for the sake of our Christmas celebration.
3. Please bring in the practice of “CLEAN AS YOU GO”

C. GENERAL REMINDER

1. Everyone is advised to bring their proper swimming attire.

2. Refrain from running, jumping, tiles and floorings are usually wet by the poolside.
3. Safety is our 1st priority. Please watch and look after your small ones and elderly.
4. Drink in moderation.
5. Any damage caused by employee will be charged accordingly.
