address at U1 Kabesang Porong, Punturin, Valenzuela City do hereby
APPOINT, NAME and CONSTITUTE Elmer Bermil Espinosa, likewise of legal
age, with residence at 6091 J.P. Rizal St. Area D Sto. Niño, Camarin Road,
Caloocan City as my true and legal representative to act for and in my
name and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To manage all business transactions, I have with with BPI Family

Savings Bank, Metrobank and RCBC as well as represent me in all my
affairs with the same institutions.

2. To execute, sign, authenticate, and enter into any all agreements for
me and in my name with any person or entity.

and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever
