SESSION GUIDE IN RABIES LEARNING MATERIALS

At the end of the session, the participants should be able to:

1. Fill in the chart on Rabies Learning Materials


2. Demonstrate the use of Rabies Learning Materials through Role Play
3. Appreciate the use of Rabies Learning Materials through journal writing

There are Rabies learning materials which can be used by DepEd. The following are its key messages:

A. INTRODUCTION 3 minutes
Say: Good Morning Everyone! How are you?

After knowing about Rabies, we shall now learn about the 1


materials which are available for DepEd to use. They are the
Rabies Learning materials.

This session has the following objectives:


1. Fill in the chart on Rabies Learning Materials
2. Demonstrate the use of Rabies Learning Materials through 2
Role Play
3. Appreciate the use of Rabies Learning Materials through
journal writing
B. PRIMING ACTIVITY
Activity 1: Search for Mr/Ms. Q & A 25 minutes
Say: Now, we shall begin with our Search for Mr & Ms. Q & A. 3

Directions:
1. A dog toy/figurine will be passed around as the music plays.
2. When the music stops, the participant holding the dog 4-8
toy/figurine shall be asked to say an idea about the picture
in the slide.
3. The participant shall begin with the line, “ I believe….” And
shall end with the line, “and I, thank you!”
4. The passing of the dog toy/figurine shall continue until all
five (5) pictures are interpreted.
After the Activity

Mr/Ms. Q & A is …….( The participant with the best answer 9
will be declared winner)

We shall know more about these materials as we move on to the


next activity.
