PURPOSE:

The Purpose of this assignment was to research, discuss, appraise and critically evaluate our chosen leader, identifying the leadership
style and traits within their organisation also to evaluate the effect; this would have on different organisation.

factors in depth, and his start from Junior Engineer to one of the successful Chairman of the GE’s show’s his hard work and
commitment to the Organisation. Jack welch the manager of the century had came from an humble background which helped him to
know better experience of understanding the social & economy environment,his education gives an edge over different sectors which
