Study Plan

 I will use my SAT practice book and complete the reading comprehension questions in

order to get more practice.

 I will use my 5 steps to a 5 book to review the key components of writing different types

of essays.

 I will write an essay inside the AP time of 40 minutes in order to practice my timed

writing skills.

 I will look over my previous written essays and ponder on ways that my score could have

been improved.

 I will read more books in hopes of strengthening my syntax and grammar

Why? I will use these study skills next semester so that I can refresh my brain on how to

properly answer reading comprehension questions and so I can write essays efficiently. I want to

receive at least a 3 on the AP Lang exam and using these tools should help me achieve my goal.

When? I will apply these study tools during the Spring semester in March and April. In addition,

I will do a SAT reading practice test the weekend before my exam, to assure that my brain is

very refreshed on the subject.
