Focus of Lesson: Nitroball Intro and Gameplay
Equipment: 2 volleyball nets, 4 volleyballs
Student Performance Objectives (SPOs): By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:
Psychomotor Allow the volleyball to bounce in between each hit 100% of the time during
gameplay.

Cognitive Use offensive and defensive strategies to improve team dynamics throughout
gameplay.
GLO S2.H5.L1
Affective Adhere to the proper rules and etiquette of Nitroball 100% of the time throughout
the lesson.

Teacher Performance Objectives (TPOs): During the lesson, the teacher will:
Ensure that students are adhering to the rules and etiquette of Nitroball to ensure students are
applying the knowledge of the sport.
Give specific individual, as well as global feedback to students to ensure their improvement in the
sport and show praise to students.
We are inside the gymnasium playing Nitroball. The students should be aware of the volleyball net
and poles, as well as the benches. These are hazards on the court that if not aware of, the students
can run into and cause injury.
