RESOLUTION INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE APPLICATION OF TG SYTEM

RESOURCES LIMITED CORP. TO ESTABLISH and operate a POGO ONLINE CASINO IN
THE CITY OF PASAY SUBJECT TO ALL EXISTING LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS.

WHEREAS, TG SYSTEM RESOURCES LIMITED CORPORATION a corporation duly organized existing

under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, has signified its intention to operate a POGO ONLINE CASINO
in the City of Pasay.

WHEREAS, as part of the requirements of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) TG
SYSTEM RESOURCES LIMITED CORPORATION, as a Proponent is required to secure a “Resolution of No
Objection” from the City where the said business venture shall be operating prior to the issuance of Grant Authority;
WHEREAS, the said Proponent had previously submitted necessary and relevant documents and information to the
concerned City departments, and that the Proponent is amenable to undertake all the conditions precedent set forth
by the Local Government to protect the general welfare of the City’s constituents;

WHEREAS, the POGO ONLINE CASINO will be located within the complex of the ROXAS STAIR BULDG.
ROOM 302 3RD FLOOR DERNHAM ST. ROXAS BLVD. ZONE 10 BRGY. 76 PASAY CITY.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the SANGUNIANG PANLINGKOD
of PASAY in session duly assembly to interpose and manage a POGO ONLINE CASINO in the City of PASAY
subject to all existing laws, rules and regulations and in compliance since non to the following conditions to wit;

1. The proponent shall comply with all the requirements of the concerned national and local agencies and all
other applicable and necessary provisions of existing laws, rules, ordinances and regulations relative to the
operations of the Proponent:
2. The Proponent shall submit to the responsible City Departments all papers required relative to clearances,
permits, and other documents as may be required prior to the operation of the business venture:
3. The proponent shall settle all required taxes, fees and other charges required and or to be imposed by the
Local Government of PASAY CITY.
4. The City shall reserve its right to revoke or terminate any permit that may be issued to the Proponent and/or
cause the termination of the Proponent’s operation in the event of non-compliance of the Resolution and for
any and just authorized causes that may arise in the course of the Proponent’s business operations:
5. The City Mayor is hereby authorized to represent the City of PASAY to sign a Letter of No Objection to
fully implement this City council Resolution.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the City Mayor shall have full power and authority to represent the City of PASAY in
signing, executing and delivering such agreements, contracts, deeds, papers and other documents relative to this
matter and as may be necessary and proper for the full and total implementation of the authority herein granted.

UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED, by the SANGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD of PASAY CITY this NOVEMBER day
of 4, 2019.
