Mode of transportation: Designated bus with signage “FOR INVITED
APPLICANTS”
Position: Guest Experience Officer

Reminders:

1. Be on business attire.

2. Bring 2 valid government IDs.

3. Bring 3 updated copies of your signed resume.

4. Report 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled time. Candidates are

strictly scheduled per hour and those who will come in late will NOT be
accommodated.

5. Print a copy of this email to be presented to the dispatcher / driver

of Okada Manila Employee Bus Shuttle located in front Pet
Express (Mall of Asia). Only names on the driver's list and those with
printed invitation from the recruitment team will be allowed to take the
bus going to Okada property and will have the clearance to enter the
property and proceed to the appointment venue.

6. Confirm your attendance by replying on this email.

7. Be reminded that we do not entertain walk-ins for

processing. Only scheduled candidates will be allowed to enter the
property.

8. Applicants are required to take the Employee Shuttle

Bus located in front of Pet Express (Mall of Asia).
