Your job performance shall be evaluated either on the third or fifth month of your work,
based on your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and work attitude.
By signing this contract, you confirm that the foregoing KPIs for regular employment
were discussed to you in detail and you understand the basis of your job evaluation and the
same shall also be made basis for recommending the confirmation of your regular employment
or termination of the probationary employment.
During your probationary employment, your employment may be terminated for failure to
qualify as a regular employee or when just or authorized causes exist. In case your employment
is terminated you will receive a notice corresponding thereto before the expiration of the
probationary period. Such notice may be made either through personal service, e-mail, mail or
text notification.
It is understood that you agree to abide by all existing policies, rules and regulations of
the company, as well as those, which may be hereinafter promulgated.
If you agree to the terms and conditions of your employment, please signify your
conformity below and return a copy to HR.
