I, JONALYN NAVARRO, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Sta Sofia, Padre Burgos
Southern Leyte, Philippines:
Witnesseth:

1. That I am one of the legal heirs of the late ALFREDO NAVARRO, who died on July 01, 2015 at
Ospital ng Makati- Sampaguita St. Pembo, Makati City;

2. That my father ALFREDO NAVARRO has left a HOUSE and LOT in our favor located at Sta Sofia,
Padre Burgos, Southern Leyte which is more particularly described as follows, to wit;

“A parcel of land located at Sta Sofia, Padre Burgos, Southern Leyte; Covered by Tax Declaration
No. 07-10009-00373; Designated as Survey no. 357; Bounded on the North: Lot # 356 Gloria Tiu; East:
Santiago Apostle Street; South: Lot # 358 Marietta Mantilla: West Lot # 348 Anatalio Sala ; Consisting of
One Hundred Twenty Six and Thirty-One Square Meters ( 126.31 Sq.M) with Market Value of Php 130,
100.00 and Assessed Value of Php 5, 200.00”

“A residential building erected on the land with an area of Forty Four Thousand and Fifty Five
Square Meters (44.55 sq.m.) and a Market value of Php 85, 860.00”

3. That as a co-owner I, do hereby appoint, name and constitute, my mother, JOSEFINA S. NAVARRO
to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for and in my name, place and stead for my own use and
benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things:

a) To use the said real property as a collateral of her loan at the any designated bank of her
choice;
b) To receive the any amount in connection of the said loan;
c) To execute, sign and authenticate any document/s in connection with the above-stated
purpose;

HEREBY GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform all and
every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes
as I might and could do lawfully if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
attorney in fact lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
