INDEPENDENT MUSIC

It is called independent music or indie music (from independent

English) to different genres, subcultures, currents and musical
controls with stylistic attributes of autonomous approach for
different reasons:
When the interpreters are not linked to circuits of the music
market, the sound or advertising diffusion.
When it is done with a purely artistic and non-commercial
vocation.
But because of that wave, the indie sound became popular,
especially in Latin American territory
A much softer sound, distorted guitars with a lot of fuzz, drums
with vintage sound, etc.
In Ecuador the independent scene is not very wide, but in recent
years it has been growing exponentially. There are many bands
with this style, such as:
Da Pawn
Lolabum
Alkaloides
La Máquina Camaleón
Nuevo Bravo
According to the majority of artists of this scene, they affirm that
it would be necessary that laws be made that benefit the music
but unfortunately no politician is from this guild
The general idea of independent scence was to expose the largest
number of artists who were making quality music without turning
