Smith Street, Malate, Manila City, do hereby name, appoint and
constitute ALMA ROSE, with office address at, 2600 Roxas Boulevard,
P. Ocampo Street, Malate, Manila City, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following specific acts and things, to wit:

1. To AUTHENTICATE the Certificate of Live Birth of Michelle

Lazado Sirma under Registry No. 2004-421 of civil Registry
of Caramoran, Catanduanes.

2. To cause the authentication (red ribbon) of Certificate of

Live Birth of Michelle Lazado Siroma under Registry No.
2004-421 of civil Registry of Caramoran, Catanduanes

3. To file the said application for authentication and receive

the same from the PSA.

4. To make, sign, and execute documents as may be required

in connection with the prosecution of the above case.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full

powers and authority to do and perform all and every act necessary
to carry into effect the above-enumerated authorities, as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby
rarifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do
or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
