Application On Behalf Of Plaintiff, Under Section 21 Of

The Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, i.e. For The
Refund Of The Court Fees

The humble plaintiff named above most respectfully begs to

state as under: -

1) That the plaintiff has filed this suit i.e. R.S No of

2019, Alok Kumar Yadav Vs. Sunita Yadav & Others ,
before this honourable court for cancellation of sale deed
in respect of the land having description

 (i)Description of property- House No- 592/3b/132 which
is constructed in the land of khasra No -119Sa.
(ii)Area of property- 139.405 Sq metres.
(iii)Other description- 9 metre road in front and no corners
and total carpet area 3000 Sq Feet as constructed in
ground floor, first floor and second floor.

2) That the plaintiff had paid the court fees of Rs

________________ in the afore-stated suit, at the time of
institution.

3) That during the pendency of the case, the parties arrived

at the compromise and the suit was decided in terms of
compromise in Lok Adalat on dated 14.09.2019.

4) That since the suit has been decided in terms of the

compromise in Lok Adalat the plaintiff is entitled to have
the refund of the court fees of Rupees ______________which
was paid by him at the time of institution of the aforesaid
suit.

Wherefore it is respectfully prayed that the

amount of court fee i.e. Rs ______________ may kindly be
refunded to the plaintiff and the certificate of refund be
granted to the plaintiff, authorising him to receive back
from the, collector Lucknow, the said amount of court fee
of Rs __________________ or any other order which the
court may deem fit and proper in the facts and
circumstances of the present case be also passed in favour
of the complainants.
