EPIGARD SOLVENT FREE EPOXY Finish Solvent free epoxy paint is two components high build, heavy duty,
100% solid ,zero VOC & special amine cured epoxy paint .Product is especially used to provide corrosion
protection for internal steel pipe line used in potable water .It can be used on steel storage tanks used for crude
oil, white oil & potable water. Product applied in new constructions as single coat for long term protection.
EPIGARD SOLVENT FREE EPOXY FINISH is formulated to reduce solvent emission in potable water & not
to pickup any test or odor on storage in steel tank & pipes.

Approved by WRAS for potable water as per BS 6920: 2000,


Approved by CFTRI for FDA, India and NSF ANSI 61 certified

PRODUCT INFORMATION SURFACE PREPARATION

Colour Red & Selected Range EPIGARD SOLVENT FREE EPOXY FINISH performance is
directly proportional to the degree of surface preparation.
Surface must be clean dry & free from contaminations .Prior
Finish Glossy to paint application all surfaces should be assessed and
treated in accordance with ISO 8504:2000.Welds should be

Work Stoppages: Do not allow material to remain average dry film thickness
in hoses, gun or spray equipment .Use cleaner to
flush the equipment. Once paint mixed should not
be stop unless completion. It is advised that after
prolonged stoppages work recommence with fresh
paint material.

NOTES
1. This cancels all previous literature on this product and is subject to revision without notice
2. Do not apply when temperature falls below 10o C or rises above 50o C and when relative
humidity rises above 90%. Do not apply during rain, fog or mist.
3. Use off mixed paint within stipulated pot life period.
