Gujarat Nature Conservation Society will be organizing 4 days
Residential Nature camps (12 Nos.) strictly for nature lovers in
the Forest of Nature Education Park at Village Sindhrot along
with Eco-challenging activities.
Camp starts from: 21 April 2019  Age Limit: 10 - 15 years
Camp Fee: Rs. 2500/- (Camp fee Rs. 2000/- + Scientific model kit Rs. 500/-)

PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO BRING: Cloths, Sleeping Bag, Shoes, Socks, Torch, Tooth
Brush, Tooth Paste, Soap, Comb, Towel, Plate or Thali, Bowl or Vadki, Spoon, Glass,
Water Bottle, Compass Box (with all instruments) Mosquito repellent and scientific
attitude.
WE WILL PROVIDE: Resource Materials, Milk, Breakfast, Meals, Drinking Water, Tents
in Group, and Security.
General RULES & REGULATIONS for the Summer Camp – 2019
Summer Camp activity is a mission to mould the children to build the Environment
friendly, Healthy, Scientific, Green and Clean India.
1. Participants will have to reach Nature Park on their own at 10 am on the first
day (Sunday or Wednesday). The Camp will end at 12 nn on forth day (Wednesday or Saturday).
2. The Fees must be paid online soon after the PRIOR ONLINE REGISTRATION as
per the details provided in the confirmation of admission from us by email.
Registration Fee is NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
3. Admission will be confirmed to participants by email. On the spot admission
will not be entertained. (Kindly mention whatsapp mobile no. in the form to get further communications)
4. Interested students must register for their suitable camp dates. (ONLINE
Registration starts from 15th March 2019)
5. Contact us at our office at Nature Park, or by telephone for further assistance
and information. Admission/Registration will be given on FIRST COME FIRST
BASIS.
6. Mobile phone, camera, outside food and beverages, Smoking, Chewing Gutka
– Tobacco, Liquor, Plastic products, Cold drinks, are strictly prohibited.
7. Extreme care is taken to design the activities and all the safety and security
points will be taken care by GNCS during the Nature Trail and eco-sports in the
camp, though GNCS will not be responsible for any kind of accidents in the park.
8. Parents will not be permitted to meet or telephonic talk during camp days.
9. Request to follow the rules of the Nature to save the bio-diversity of the
earth. We seek your valuable support to the mission.
