My Brighton Portfolio

Support & Strength
Stencil + Installation (6 X 2 feet)

This is an installation which displays


my characteristic of being supportive.
The chair with the missing leg is
supported with bricks which have my
face spray painted on them. Hence,
portraying my supportive nature and
willingness to help others
irrespective of time and situation.

Saturday Morning Drill
Spray paint + Lino

The Saturday Morning Drill is a spray


paint piece which displays my hiking
experience in Kodaikanal, a place where
I lived in for seven years. Hiking every
saturday morning created golden
memories which will be remembered
forever. The colors black and white
portray the memories of the past while
the color yellow is used to show the
everlasting golden memories that will
stay with me forever.
Process

For the Lino print


process, I had chosen

Before printing the final Lino

yellow paint as a base colour so the
black colour of the print is visible.

This is a artwork on the issue of


pollution . As seen that the various
colours of the glass painted hands depict
different ways of pollution, such as blue
being water and red being fire.
Process
Several positions of the
stencil and hands were
made in order to get
different outcomes and
views of the artwork.

Wire + Installation

These wire figures are colour coded with their respective expressions and convey the
strength of symbolism that colours hold. As every wire mask is moulded to a different
expression with the colour being symbol of the expression.

This is a series of 7 art works being unique


in materials such as acrylic, watercolour,
pencil and charcoal. Each of these artworks
convey the idea of how villages in India
display its culture and daily living.
Kodaikanal
Ceramic

This ceramic piece is a summary of


what kodaikanal is known for, its
beauty. The piece is fragile,
vibrant, and elegant conveying
how the place is a wonder of
nature.
Process

The ceramic bowl was first moulded and other


elements in the piece were stuck. This was done
with different techniques such as pinching, rolling,
and threading of clay, which gave different textures
and looks to the work.

After assembling and sticking I
had glazed the piece as per the
features such as water being blue
and trees being green.

Pen sketch

This pen sketch portrays the


natural yet complicated life that
one can find one Indian streets.
Process

The process of making the pen artwork was separated into three main steps.
Global Warming
Mixed Media

This mixed media artwork shows


every aspect of global warming.
Being a street style artwork. The
piece uses wide ranges of stencils
and colours mainly to criticizing
Donald Trump for not believing in
global warming.
Process
There were many
stencils over
