DIVORCE DEED

This DIVORCE DEED is made at Lahore, on this ___ day of __________2019.

I, Arif _______ son of ___, Muslim, adult, holding CNIC No. ____________, resident of House
No. _____, block __, Sector _____, ___________, Lahore, do hereby declare and state as under:-

Whereas I was married to Ms. __________d/o. ____________, Muslim, adult, holding CNIC No.
_______________, resident of House No. _____, ____, Mohalla __________, Lahore with the
consent of both families, the marriage was solemnized on ___________ according
to MUHAMMADAN LAW at Lahore. From within wedlock no children were born.
That since the beginning of our marriage we have been facing problems. Over the month, various
family members, friends and marriage counselors unsuccessfully intervened to repair our
marriage, which has now become seriously irreparable and our differences irreconcilable.
In view of the above circumstances, We have reached the conclusion that there is no possibility
for us to live together as husband and wife in accordance with the prescribed limits of Almighty
Allah.
That we have already announced verbal divorce but it was demanded that divorce must be
announced in writing, therefore, I announce my divorce to her in the presence of two witnesses
in writing:-

3. I, Arif son of _________ DIVORCE MY WIFE Ms. ___

That by virtue of this Divorce Deed I have released Ms. _____ from the matrimonial clutches.
Whatever is stated above in Divorce Deed is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and
belief.
