The meet will be arranged at Jabalpur on 12 and 13 October 2019.

The Conclave is an endeavour of likeminded professionals of
Jabalpur Sahodaya schools complex. You are cordially invited to be

Mrs. Meenu Joshi, was born on March 11, 1965. She is a Post Graduate with
M. Phil in Public administration. Madam is the part of the prestigious
organization which recently completed 90 years of establishment (1929-2019)
in which madam has contributed 34 years of service to the board.

She has been a part of the prestigious and sensitive entrance examinations such
as NEET, CTET and Secondary & Senior Secondary Board exams of Delhi
region.

She is the first regional officer of the newly established C.B.S.E regional office
at Bhopal. She is a lady with grit who is ready to take future challenges with
great enthusiasm so that the region soars to the height of excellence.

Dr A. Senthil Kumaran
Chief Confluencer,
The Learners Confluence

With over 3 decades of experience in the educational field, Dr. Senthil has
started ground breaking work in the form of the Learners Confluence, an
educational service in India. The Learners Confluence is an educational
program focused on developing a technology platform for Teachers with the
goals of enhancing peer learning as well as knowledge sharing.
Dr. Senthil was the Principal Counsellor & Head
Education Excellence Initiatives of CII Institute of
Quality (CII IQ) until July 31st 2016.He joined CII IQ
in April 2002 and till recently has been helping
educational institutions to accelerate their journey in
excellence in India and abroad. Dr. Senthil worked as
a faculty member of the Strategic Core Group in Christ College (now Christ
University), Bangalore for 10 years before embarking on the journey with CII
IQ.
In his previous role, he was responsible for many novel educational initiatives
viz. CII’s Schools Excellence Clusters (over 18), Education Excellence
Programme, International Learning Missions to Singapore and Finland. Dr.

Senthil cultivated Best Practices Forums, a program dedicated to mutually

learn from each other viz National and Regional Summits on Quality in
education, as well as School Excellence Conclaves (over 50). Most of the have
been across in government, government aided and private management schools
across the Nation.
His capacity building training programme for
senior leadership team and Management
Committee members for educational
institutions has been widely recognized
within India and abroad. Some of the
Institutions/ Trust /Organization /Boards
have taken advantage include Central Chinmaya Mission Trust, TATA Steel,
BVM Global Schools, KLE Society, NTPC Ltd, Council for the Indian School
Certificate Examinations, Central Board for Secondary Education, Calorx
Foundation and Ministry of Education, Sultanate of Oman also had sent a
delegation to get trained on these modules in India.
With goals of promoting the concept of Excellence in Education in every state
within India and other countries Dr Senthil has travelled and presented in The
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sultanate of Oman, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates,
China, Finland, Japan, United states of America and Singapore.

Mrs. KALA MOHAN

Mrs. KALA MOHAN’s career graph showcases more than three decades of
progressive qualitative experience across a wide gamut of functions in the field
of Education and Training. A Post Graduate in Education, Sociology, English
Literature and Personnel Management with specialization in HR (University
Topper Rank 1) with Post Gradate Diploma in Distance Education, Computer
Science and Special Education, she has headed 3 CBSE schools of MP.
She is presently holding the position of Academic Advisor and Senior
Consultant to few Schools of MP. She is also part of the Academic Audit,
Curriculum Development and Planning, Training of all stake holders,
Mentoring and Monitoring team of her own company and visited more than
270 organizations across the country and trained around 26,000 trainees from
Educational Sector, Social sector and corporate Sector including schools,
colleges, hospitals, NGOs, Banks etc. She is an International NLP certified
Practitioner, RCI registered Special Educator and has conducted various
workshops for School Management, Principals, Educators, Students and
Parents, corporate etc.

children of this Planet Earth, she has come up with NGO
ANAHITA and NIDAAN
SEWA SAMITI (Exclusively working in
the field of Mental Health) with her team
of volunteers, she is also life member of
SPANDAN LIFE MOVE ON (an
organization saving lives from Suicide) &
ANGELS (working in the field of Child
Sexual Abuse). She is right now working
and researching on various Learning
Difficulties faced by Children and trying
to bring them back to main stream of
Society. Pioneer of organizing Global
Teachers’ Meet organized every year.
