Contract Agreement

(PART TIME/ FULL TIME)

This agreement is between: Your Name (also known as “Freelancer”) and Client Name
(also known as “Client”) whereby the Freelancer agrees to provide the following services
to the client.

Terms and Conditions

The following rates and terms apply:

deposit, PayPal, credit card, or other electronic payment processor as agreed to by both
parties.

Scope of Responsibility

agrees perform services until the engagement has ended.

Changes and Revisions

The price at the beginning of this contract is based on the time investment I estimate is
needed to accomplish everything you’ve told me you want to achieve with [YOUR JOB
REQUIREMENTS], but I’m happy to be flexible. If you want to change our arrangement
or add anything new, I’ll provide a separate estimate for that.

Legal

I can’t guarantee that my work will be completely error-free and so I can’t be liable to you
or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental,
consequential or special damages, even if you’ve advised me of them. If any actions
towards me be considered unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that
provision shall be deemed severable from this contract and shall result to estrangement
between the tow parties (Client and Freelancer).

Copyright

Client will own the copyright for all material created under this agreement, and freelancer
can showcase sample works from this project as portfolio pieces only with consent and
approval from client.

Payment

The payment will start on DATE .

The remuneration for this is $x,xxx/ month

The remunerations are payable in this manner:

1. $xxx On the 15th of the month

2. $xxx on the 30th of the month

Termination Terms

If any of the two parties decides to terminate this contract this agreement may be
terminated with 15 days written notice by either party.

This Freelance Project Based Contract is entered into and made effective as of [DATE], by
and between:

WHEREAS:

If the Freelancer failed to meet the deadline, he/she is obligated to refund any down-
payment and no longer receive any compensation for the services provided
unless the Client decides otherwise.
Pricing/Rates

Client will pay [$X,XXX] as a down payment to Freelancer/Virtual Assistant via direct
deposit, PayPal, credit card, or other electronic payment processor as agreed to by both
parties on the Starting date of the Project and will make the full payment on the deadline
or when the project/work is delivered.

Terms and Conditions

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, by their respective signatures below, the parties have caused
the Contract to be duly executed and effective as of the Effective Date.
