TEKS PROSEDUR MAKE TO LOTEK

LOTEK MATERIALS & SPEEDS

• 100 grams of spinach, cut into pieces


• 100 gram bean sprouts, remove the tail
• 100 grams of chayote, peel the skin and cut a match
• 50 grams of long beans, cut into 4 cm pieces
• 50 grams of cabbage, sliced
• 35 grams of peanuts, fry until cooked
• 5 red cayenne pepper (whiny lamb) or according to spicy taste
• 30 grams of brown sugar
• ½ teaspoon shrimp paste, burn
• 2 cm kencur
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ clove of garlic
• 50 grams of potatoes, boil then peel the skin
• 1 kaffir lime fruit
• 100 ml of water
• crackers
• fried onions

HOW TO MAKE A LOTEK

1. Boil enough water in the pan, boil each vegetable material that has been washed clean, can be
sequentially from light to dark colors, cabbage, bean sprouts, chayote, long beans and kale.
2. Prepare the mortar, chill the cayenne pepper, kencur, salt, shrimp paste, brown sugar and
garlic. Add fried peanuts and then knead again until smooth, add potatoes, ulek and stir well.
3. Pour water and puruk jaruk water, stir while being ground until smooth. Finally add the
vegetables, stir until well blended with peanut sauce, serve with crackers and add a sprinkling
of fried shallots.
