B. MOTIVATION
Ok class, let’s have a “write a caption
activity”. In a piece of paper, I want you to
write your caption on the picture that I’ll be
posting through PowerPoint. Are you ready to

Bullying is an unwanted, aggressive
behavior. And this behavior is repeated and
can be repeated, over time. And there are
different classifications of bullying. These are:
1. Verbal Bullying
2. Social Bullying
3. Physical Bullying
4. Cyber Bullying

C. LESSON PROPER
1. ACTIVITY
To discuss the different classifications of
bullying, let’s have an activity. I will divide
you into four groups, first row will be the first
group, second row will be the group 2, 3rd
row group 3 and the last row will be the
group 4.
Now listen to me first, I will give you this
brown envelope. Inside of this is the
instructions of the task given to every group.
I also put inside the rubrics that will serve as
your guide to do your task. I also provide
each group some materials that you can be
used. Kindly select your group leader and
your secretary. And please give me the list of
your name written in a ¼ sheet of paper. If
you have any questions please ask me, did
you understand class? Yes ma’am.
Okay I will give you 10 minutes to do your
task. And after 10 minutes the first group
that will discuss in front will be the group 1,
followed by group 2, Group 3 and the Group
4. You may start now.

3. ABSTRACTION
The different characteristics of bullying are
presented by the different groups. The first
was Verbal Bullying. This kind of bullying are
mostly happened here in our school, am I
right class? Yes Ma’am.

Aside from the given example of the


reporter, what unwanted behavior are also
considered as verbal bullying? Yes, Making inappropriate or hurtful comments.

That’s correct Samantha. As long as we


use verbal to hurt someone’s feeling that is
called bullying.
Next is Social Bullying. This kind of bullying
are often happened when there is different
groups or circle of friends that used to talked
about others. And this is mostly happened in
group of girls. Is it true? Yes Ma’am.

Can you give me this kind of situation? Yes,


Ian? During recess or vacant time, girls are talking
about a certain student. Even they did not
know if it is true and yet, they still spreading
the humors.
Okay very good Ian. And we all know that it
is wrong, this can destroy someone’s image so
I hope no one in this class is doing this.

Next is Physical Bullying. There is an


imbalance of power in this kind of bullying.
Anyone can explain to me an imbalance of
power? Yes, Megan? Kids who bully use their power to control or
harm other.
Very well said Megan. That is true and
correct. This kind of bullying is very alarming
and dangerous. Why do you think this is
dangerous? Yes, Angelo? Because this may involve physical strength
and it may hurt or injure others.
Very good Angelo. That’s correct.

The Last one is Cyber bullying. An always


trending topic, am right class?
Yes Ma’am.

This kind of bullying is very rampant most


specially in teenagers like you. Some used to
post that may destroy someone’s image using
social media.

Based from the discussion and shared


experience of your classmate, bullying can
really affect every individual. Can you consider
this as a very serious situation?
How can you say so? Yes, Maricel? I consider bullying as a very serious situation
because this may lead to suicide to those
bullied persons if not guided and comforted
by others.

Is bullying a crime? Yes Ma’am.

How can you say it’s a crime? Yes,


Cherrynel? It’s a crime because there’s an act against
bullying that who commits and guilty will be
punished.
