Since May of 2016, the SIU has been investigating a number of Asian massage parlors, after receiving oumerous complaints and tips related to theea maseage parlore providing sexual acte for the exchange of money. Based on the information received, it is believed that only Asian females are exployed at the businesses and the fensies may be victims of human trafficking. An Lavestigation has been initiated with the assistance of the Lake Havasu City Police Departement, SIU, and the Bulinoad City Police Department (BCPD), Vice Narcotics Division (VND), to determine Lf the businesses are violating any Huan Trafficking or other inmigration laws. After looking into some of these Asian massage parlors, the following names and addresses have been identified in Bulinead City and Fort Mohave 41 Poot Nassage ~ 2101 Highvay 95, Svite 1, Bulihead City, Arizona A Beautiful Spa - 1599 Ramar Road, Bullhead City, Aclzona Asian Massage - 1957 Highway 95, Bullhead Cicy, Arizona Asian Magsage No. 1 - 1655 Rainbow Drive #7, Bullhead City, Arizona, Sun Massage = 4870 Highway 95, Fort Mohave, Arizona, Asian Massage Spa - 3587 Highway 95, Port Méhave, Arizona Body Spa ~ 1000 Highway 95, Bullhead City, Arizona on May 30, 2018, at approximately 1947 hours, HST Special Agents along with detectives of the LHCPD SIU, and the BCPD VND, sent a HST Undercover Agent (UC) to the Rody Spa located at 1000 Highway 95, Bullhead city, Arizona Wg the business, UC observed an unidentified Asian female. The female scored UC te 2 room. In the room, on top of a table they had the price list for the massages. UC selected the 30 minutes massage for §70 dollars. The femie told UC to take off his clotnes and asked UC to pay her. UC paid the female $10 dollars, The female then Let the room, closed the door and told UC to tell her when he was ready. The UC opened the door and told the female that he needed co use the bathroom, The female escorted the UC to bathroom and stood up outeide waiting for UC to finish. AF was done, the fomale escorred Uc back to the massage room. At the coom, UC took off his clothes but kept his underwear. UC then Laydown on the bed. Asian Massage Spa - 5587 Righway 85, Fort Mohave, Arizona, + Body Spa - 1000 Highway 95, Bulthead City, Arizona. on May 30, 2038, at approximately 2633 hours, HST Special Agents along with detectives LHCPD SIU, and the SCPD VHD, sent a HST Undercover Agent, (UC) to the Asian Massage Spa at SSB7 Highway 9S, Fort Mohave, Arizona. After entering the business, UC observed an unidentified Asian fenale, UC asked the female for a massage and the female said “yes”. UC was then escorted to a room. At the room, the female charged the UC $60 dollars. UC paid the $60 dollars and was told to remove his clothes and lay down on the bed. UC took off his clothes but kept nis underwear and socks. On dune 21, 20:8, at approximately 1830 hours, HSI Special Agents along with detectives of the LACPD SIU, sent a HST Undercover Agent (UC) to the Asian Massage, located at 70 Scott Drive, Lake Havasu City, Arizona, After entering the business, an unidentified Asian female asked UC if, he wanted a massage. UC replied “yes”. The female then led the UC to a room towards the rear of the business by the hand. The female asked if the UC wanted a full hour. Tne UC replied that he wanted the full hour massage. The female informed the UC that it would cost $80 dollars, UC was charged $80 dollars prior to the massage. The UC paid the female with cash. The female told uc to take off his clothes. The UC then proceeded to get undressed in the room. UC tock off his clothes but kept hic underwear. The unidentified female identified hereelf by the first name of Ananda with Last Name Unknown (INU). she told him to lay down on a massage table, Amanda NU began massaging the UC back while laying face-down with his arms extended off the massage table. After entering the business the female greeted him at the door and they walked toward the back room the fenale grabbed the UC by the butt. Inside the room the female inforned the UC chat it was $70 for half hour and $80 for a full hour. The UC agreed to pay for the full hour and gave her §80. The UC was instructed to take of their clothes but left their underwear and socks on.
