Title: “Bake Shop Inventory Management System”

Problem definition:
It is very difficult for a Bake Shop to maintain the data of the stock and acceptors manually. This can
lead in the delay of transmission of blood within specified amount of time. Also file maintenance is a very
hectic job during natural calamities. Hence our software helps to maintain the databases efficiently and
accurately. Also quick access to the databases is possible.

Introduction:
The Bake Shop Inventory System is a standalone application which is based on keep the record of
bake shop inventory such as stock in, stock out, report etc. The bake shop inventory system is easy
supervision inventory of shop. It has user friendly & modular approach. The modular approach of the
software increases the flexibility of the software.
Data storing is easier. It will be able to check any report at any time. Paper work and manual work is
reduced. The system is user friendly and easy to use.

The main purpose of the bake shop billing system is to computerize the process of ordering and
generating bill of a Bake Shop Inventory.

Objectives:
1. Make all the systems computerize, means no paper work
2. Reduce time consumption.
3. Simple database is maintained.
4. Easy operations for operator of the system.
5. User interfaces are user friendly; it takes very less time to get use to with the system
Scope:
This application is built such a way that it should suits for all type of Bake Shop in future. So every
effort is taken to implement this project in this bake shop, on successful implementation in this bake
shop, we can target other bake shop in the city.
