Muktha Prabhakar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been a

partner since 1994. During the course of his professional practice, he was
exposed to diverse experience in audit, accounting and income tax practice.
His enduring
nduring interest in the field of taxation, has gained a unique expertise
in tax planning and representation before the Department of Income Tax.
Prior to joining the firm he is associated with Brahmayya & Co, Chennai &
Guntur . He is serving as treasurer ffor or Jiddu Krishna Murthy Centre since
1998. He is also serving as treasurer for unnava.com an NGO for rural
development.

Simhadri Suryanarayana is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has more

than 23 years of rich experience in finance, taxation, banking and
management. Presently serving as Independenet Director on the Board of
Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited. He has served as the Director on
Board of State Bank of Hyderabad for 3 years. He served as an Independent
Director on Board of a listed company and also on Board of various private
companies. He is also Director on the Board of Ekalavya Grameena Vikas
Foundation. He has completed the Management Program in Public Policy in
India School of Business.

Muralikrishna Pinamaneni – M.No 224319

Muralikrishna Pinamaneni is a qualified Chartered Accountant joined the firm

in 2017. His prior experience encompasses his stint of 8 years at LANCO at
middle management, which enabled him gain tremendous insight in to the
various facets of financial issues, Costing, Budgetary Control and Indirect
Taxation. His experience in practice mainly engaged in providing professional
services in the field of accounting,
counting, auditing, secretarial works, and financial
services. He has cleared the Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA)
from the ICAI. He is also Registered Valuer with IBBI for the asset class -
Securities and Financial Assets.
