JUSTIFICATION
To whom it may concern:

This is to justify that Dumalag Central National High School is capable to offer HUMSS despite
Concepcion Castro Garcia National High School has already the same strand due to these following
reasons:

1. Based on the Early Registration data, there are sufficient Grade 10 completers within the school
who wished to take the HUMSS and ABM Strands;
2. Most of our students’ course preferences in college are criminology, education, tourism, and
math related courses;
3. At present, the school is occupying six (6) classrooms SHS building and JHS-borrowed
classrooms for our TVL laboratories however, there is also a new constructed 4-storey 24
classrooms building to be turned over to the school anytime soon;
4. The school has sufficient classrooms, tools and materials intended for the two strands.
5. There are considerable number of Social Science and Math teachers who can handle the subjects
in the HUMSS and ABM Strands;
6. Likewise, parents and students are alarmed of the bridging program by colleges and universities
to those students who are not in the right strand during their senior high school studies.
