UNDER TAKING

1. The work of laying U.G treated Effluent Pipe line along the NH between KM-
157/185 to KM-157/495 (left Side )and across at KM-157/185 of Dindigul-
Bangalore Road NH-209. only on getting approval from the competent
authority.

2. We undertake to shift the U.G treated Effluent Pipe line if required at any
time owing to the expansion of the road at our own cost or if necessary by
the N.H authority.

3. In future if any damage is caused to the U.G treated Effluent Pipe line by the
MORTH authorities due to any development of N.H roads/culverts, no amount
towards the same will be claimed by M/S RAKINDO KOVAI TOWNSHIP
LTD provided that the operation should have been intimated in advance
a minimum time of one month is required to shift.
4. It is certified that the location where the offset measurement of proposed
U.G treated Effluent Pipe line alignments are less than 15 mtr from the
centerline of the road, the U.G of Cable line laying work along & across the
N.H limit will be carried out by the Applicant only by Trenchless method
only.

5. In our proposed UG treated Effluent water Pipe line route the proposed
treated Effluent water pipe is laid outside the parapet wall of existing culverts
and will not use the vent way of culvert/Bridges for road crossing purpose.

6. It is certified that the existing utility lines of BSNL,Reliance,PGCL,GAIL, OFC

lines & water pipe lines will not be affected.
