The Design engineering work will involve preparation of civil design work (including foundations, Structure & building as per UPPTCL standard], electrical, execution design work etc as per RSIPL/UPPTCL requirements. 3. Providing all engineering drawings in hard and soft copy (ie. “.drg", “pdf”, “.doc”, “xls” formats) as required by RSIPL & UPPTCL which shall be in line with the Master Document list which is to be prepared/submitted and approved from UPPTCL. 4, HO and Site Visit from time to time to sort out technical/engineering issues dl project. Expenses will be reimbursed you as per actual basis. 5. Your consultant shall also advise and provide all necessary technical support for successful completion of the project. 6. Providing all ‘AS BUILT’ drawings in hard and soft copy (ie. ".drg", “.pdf", “doc”, “xls” formats) as required by RSIPL & UPPTCL after execution of project. 7. The entire designing and drawings shall be completed within 45 days from the date of our WO. “As Built Drawings" shall be submitted after completion of site- work, as per project schedule. Progress reports about the progress of engineering activities based on Master Document list shall be submitted every week for our review and monitoring the progress. You need to provide the Activity wise work program along with acceptance of this work order. ‘TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1. Liguidated Damages: - In case you fail to complete the work as per the above completion schedule, you shall be liable to pay as liquidated damages equivalent to a sum calculated at the rate of 0.5 % (half of one percent) of contract price per week or part thereof subject to a maximum limit of 5 % of the total order Value. 2. Payment Terms:- ‘90 % payment shall be released on submission to UPPTCL/RSIPL and approval from UPPTCL of Drawings, Design & Calculation. 10% shall be released on submission & approval of “AS BUILT DRAWINGS". 4, Taxes & Duti GST shall be paid extra as per Govt. rules. Jurisdiction of Contract:- The Work Order will be governed by law of INDIA and Courts in New Delhi only and shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters relating to arising from this Work Order. 6. Termination: In the event it is observed that the progress of work to meet the time schedule, accuracy of work is not meeting the UPPTCL- guidelines, UPPTCL-Technical Specifications or UPPTCL- quality standards, we reserve the right to cancel the order for which rio compensation will be paid. Payments for all work done up to the point of termination shall be paid by us. However the balance work shall be completed at your risk and cost from alternative agency.
