Accused stabbed the deceased in a sudden
fight during election fever which resulted in
latter's death four days later in the hospital
where he had been operated in a bid to
save his life.
There was evidence that accused intended
to cause such bodily injury as was sufficient
to cause death.
Hence convicted under sec. 304 Pt. 1 IPC.
