Regent Photocopy; our primary goal of printing and photocopy business is to convey a
customer product needs. Customers depend on the business in printing and photocopy on the
services offered; designing the end products, lay it out, print it, and also offer other services like
customizing business card, invitation card.

Objectives:

1. To provide the best quality of printing and photocopying services


2. To offered a variety of services including printing, photocopying, flyers, business card,
booklets and other services at a very affordable price.
3. To make more reliable to the student without going outside the school campus for
printing and photocopying purposes.
4. To give more alternative avenue for them in printing and photocopying purposes.
5. To give more affordable and convenient printing and photocopying services.

II: PROCEDURE

 For photocopy
a) Switch on the printer
b) Always check the level of the printer before going to start
c) Put the bond paper on the printer shelves
d) Arrange carefully to avoid damage of paper
e) Put the document that you want to photocopy in the glass top part of printer
f) The click the photocopy

 For printer
a) Switch on the printer
b) Always check the level of the ink before going to start
c) Put the bond paper into the printer
d) Go to the Microsoft word© file then click the documents for print
e) Select how many copies for print
f) Then click print

 For ID/Photo Lamination


a) Using your computer, lay out the ID’s in A4 size document, as the PVC film has
the same size
b) Cut the PVC film lengthwise. Put a pair of printable sheets together and tape one
edge to align the images. Make sure that the images on this pair would be the
front and back ID, set aside.
c) Get the adhesive part of the PVC film and peel off the plastic covering both sides.
Put the adhesive in between the printed sheets.
d) Preheat the laminator machine for a few minutes and set it to 120ºC.
e) Once the green light is on, start laminating the PVC film. The machine has three
buttons: the plastic seal, clockwise and start buttons. The start button should be
pressed when laminating. The Plastic Seal buttons, however should be turned off
if you’re doing cold lamination.
f) After laminating the PVC cut it into individual ID pieces using the mold cutter.
g) Create the hole using the slot puncher , which can create either a round hole or an
oblong one.
h) You’ll notice that the ID’s are still matte finish so you have to laminate them
again.
i) After the second lamination, peel off the plastic cover on both sides and it will
come glossy, your ID’s now ready.
