Dear Atty. Marquez III,

This has reference to your letters dated September 23, 2019

regarding the alleged unauthorized use of Sanrio Company
Limited’s trademarks and copyrights which I received on two (2)
occasions, September 26, 2019 and October 1, 2019, respectively.
Both letters (e.g. one (1) letter addressed to JRM Gas Station and
Auto Parts and one (1) letter addressed to JRM Store and Food
House) bear the same allegations on the matter.

The allegations are not true and I intend to exhaust all appropriate
remedies to clear my name and settle the issue before the proper
forum.
Nevertheless, I welcome legal moves on the part of your client to
initiate appropriate actions to thresh out the matter.
