In the name of our faithful Church and Grace of God, Jesus Christ. We humbly
asking to excuse your student John Daniel Badilla in your class. Our church’s
youth organization will need his presence and representation in event
organized by Global Surge in Rotonda, Pasig City entitled Recharge: 2019
youth camp worship and prayer preparation.

The event will start at 1pm, December 3, 2018. And our youth org
representatives, which Daniel is, need to allot at least two hours for travel to be
on time. So we are requesting you to excused Daniel or dismiss him early in
your class session. We really hope for your kind coordination in our request.
