Ukur Tanah JAZ a licensed land surveying company was established in year 2007 with
our office situated at :
23A-2, Petaling Utama Avenue

Even though the history of the company is not very long, the company has been formed
by personnels of the highest quality and working experiences in the areas of land
surveying, mainly in Title Surveys, Engineering Surveys and Underground Utility
Survey.
Our work has involved us with various government departments and private bodies in the
various states of Peninsula Malaysia.
We have the necessary technical experience to undertake all land survey works in areas
such as the subdivision of land and buildings, preparation of strata titles and defining land
boundaries.
We are also well experiences in carrying out Engineering Surveys such as setting out of
piling points, buildings, bridges, tunnels, railway alignments, settlement monitoring
survey, verticality survey and related engineering survey works.
Our experience team of surveyors are highly trained in the highly challenging field of
Underground Utility Survey as well.

MANPOWER
Ukur Tanah JAZ headed by founder and principal owner Sr Koh Oei Wah, a Licensed
Land Surveyor, consist of two main manpower structures, that is office and field.
Office manpower consist of One Licensed Land Surveyor, Two Senior Surveyor, two
draught-persons and two other administration and account personnel.
Each field party consist of one senior surveyor and one or two field workers.
The above structure represents the present manpower structure with provision for
expansion depending on development.
