AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ____________________ and ____________________, both of legal ages, Filipinos, and

residents of Barangay Mabini, Lipa City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state:

1. That we have been residents of Barangay Mabini, Lipa City for more than __________years, and
during this period of time, we have personally known spouses TIBURCIO HIGUIT and MARIA
VALENCIA, being our neighbors and close acquaintance;

2. That during the same period of time we personally know Pablo Higuit, Trinidad Higuit Castillo
and Eugenia Higuit Malabrigo are the children of spouses TIBURCIO HIGUIT and MARIA
VALENCIA;

3. That during the lifetime of the said family in the neighborhood until the death of TIBURCIO
HIGUIT and MARIA VALENCIA, we have continuously observed and known that spouses
TIBURCIO HIGUIT and MARIA VALENCIA had no other children, legitimate or otherwise,
deceased or surviving, living with them or in some place other than the family home or abode,
or any knowledge of any other child born outside wedlock or had been claiming or establishing
filiation to deceased TIBURCIO HIGUIT and MARIA VALENCIA by adoption or other legitimate
process of establishing filiation; and

4. That we are executing this joint affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing set
of facts without any promise or reward or any other monetary consideration but solely for the
purpose of declaring that the surviving compulsory heirs of the late TIBURCIO HIGUIT and
MARIA VALENCIA are MARCIANA HIGUIT,WILFREDO HIGUIT PORMISON ,JOCELYN PORMISON
BRIONES, JOSEPHINE PORMISON CETRON, PETRONILO PORMISON JR.,ELIGIO HIGUIT .FELICISIMA
HIGUIT GAYOLA, TEODORA HIGUIT SAPULMO, ESTELITA CETRON HIGUIT,MAMERTA HIGUIT MERCADO,
BEATRIZ HIGUIT HERNANDEZ, CIPRIANA HIGUIT SILVA ,ALUDIA HIGUIT BARRIENTOS,MENA HIGUIT
DAVID, MARILYN HIGUIT LABIANO, LUCIA LUZ HIGUIT SORIANO, MELENCIO LUNAR, MARIBEL LUNAR
PABLO, CRISTITA LUNAR TAGALICUD, PANNY CASTILLO LUNAR, MELENCIO CASTILLO LUNAR JR. ,JESSIE
