Ekatvam is most Awaiting Fest Tech Mahindra Annual Bash for associates and their families to be held in
January and February across 11 Cities in India

It’s a Month Long Festival which has

Event where whole leaders, employees, families and support of Tech Mahindra Family get together

In the year 2013 we entered a new business vertical which gave us a confidence to handle Magnum
opus projects and being continued to do so for 7 years straight.

Started with 5000 pax Event and now the scale is of 14000 pax.

Each year passing we have faced challenges of Budget, Sponsorship, Location, Crowd Management and
we surpass all the hurdles emerging as a winner every year, the work has been well received and
awarded.

Fitting Experience for the Employee and their families who make them a strong for the organization and
make them feel special , recognize their talent ,give a big platform to showcase the same.

The Achievement done by the Individuals is appreciated and awarded in front of the whole family.

The Main objective is to make employee feel Tech Mahindra as a one big family and showcase their
interest in retaining employees.

2020 we have to a give special theme where that can relate to the Tech M family as their own house and
join the annual day celebration to make it special for the Employee and their family.

As Xarm team has been growing and now we have Internal experienced creative team we expect to give
much more creative ideas to penetrate which is suitable for competitive budget and close the deal.

Things to Note for Set Design

->Stage must be Minimum of 72ft w x 48ftd x 5ft h
-> Stage Ramp must be considered.
->Stage Set and Entrance must relate to the Theme.
->Back Stage Entry must be taken into Consideration.
->Entry door to be a Minimum of 5 ft w and 8ft h
->Props must be used for Stage décor as the Choice of the Theme.
->Stage must be marked for band placement and Visuals
->Stage lights and Truss placement for Lights and sound must be consider while the set design
->Max Height of the Back 35ft from the Ground
